If you are in Florida, or are willing to ship your guitar to us, your guitar will be put through our PBS process. This includes a thorough hands on review and testing of your guitar, ensuring it functions to the best of its ability, a complete cleaning and set up by one of our luthiers, pictures and videos for advertising, a place on our website for customers to see, and access to our exclusive buyer list.
