At our guitar shop, we have a strict no return policy for all guitars that are purchased. This policy is in place to protect the integrity and value of our instruments, as well as to ensure that our customers are fully informed and satisfied with their purchases.
By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the no return policy. The policy applies to all guitars, including both new and used instruments.
Once the guitar is purchased, it becomes the customer's responsibility to care for and maintain the instrument. We provide a limited warranty for new guitars, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship, but this does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
In the event that a customer receives a guitar that is damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping company to file a claim and replace the guitar. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the guitar if there is any shipping damage or defects.
